Now that you have received the curriculum it’s up to you to help participants learn, understand, recall and apply the information. How do you create and manage positive learning environment where participants leave with knowledge they can use or a new skill that they can immediately apply?
The TIP’s Professional Trainer Development Course provides 3 days of knowledge and skill building for Trainers, Instructors & Presenters to discover how to train, instruct or present the curriculum effectively.
While we can’t teach everything a trainer needs to know in 3 days there are some core topics we will cover: Blooms Taxonomy, Conveying information effectively, How we learn, Learner styles- V.A.R.K., Youth & adult teaching methods, Transferring knowledge to adults, Evaluating learner performance, Audience characteristics, Creating a positive place to learn, Room Set Up and Layout, Five senses for the classroom, Instructor led- learner centered training, Communication skills, Public speaking, Presentation & Facilitation skills and Active listening.
The goal of the TIP’s Professional Development Course is to increase the knowledge and skill set for trainers, instructors & presenters. Upon completion of this training participants will be able to implement an instructor led- participant centered positive learning environment.
Transformational Training Design– January 21-23, 2025 or May 27-29, 2025

where participants leave with knowledge they can use or a new skill that they can immediately apply?
Transformational Training Design provides three days of knowledge and skill building for Trainers, Instructors & Presenters to design and develop their own presentation or training. You provide the topic and content and we will help you assemble it into a transformational learning experience.
While we can’t teach everything a designer needs to know in 3 days there are some core topics we can cover- The difference between a presentation and workshop, the difference between a trainer, instructor and presenter, writing learning objectives using Blooms Taxonomy, approaches to teaching and learning, implementing activities that teach, writing assessment, pre/ post and evaluation questions and answering who, what, when where, how and why.
Upon completion of this experiential training participants will be able to:
- Explain the difference between a presentation and a training.
- Identify key components of an instructor led- learner centered training.
- Write learning objectives with Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- Create an effective evaluation utilizing the 4 levels of the Kirkpatrick model.
- Design a transformational learner centered training experience.
Practical application and tangible product from this training:
Participants will develop a professional presentation or training complete with title, description, objectives, outline, activities, references, pre/ post questions, handouts and evaluation.
Professional Trainer Certification
