Dr. Lisa Perry is an engaging public speaker with a passion for engaging others in ways that allow for learning and inclusion.
Her expertise comes in her ability to approach issues and problems through a variety of lenses in order to lead others to creative solutions.
She is a prevention specialist experienced in both substance abuse prevention and HIV/AIDS prevention. She also has years of experience in nonprofit administration and grant writing and can offer training in those fields as well.
Dr. Perry has extensive training in substance abuse prevention, behavioral health, grant writing, and nonprofit administration. She also has extensive experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and working to help others do so efficiently as well.
In addition to providing training for preventionists and community coalitions, she also has more than a decade of college and university teaching to draw on for training development and evaluation.
A native of West Virginia, Lisa currently lives in Jonesboro Arkansas and has family scattered across the United States. She has three adult children and four grandchildren who are her pride and joy. She also serves on the board of directors for The Umbrella, a nonprofit organization serving LGBTQI+ youth and young adults in Craighead County.
